PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE |
| . |
|
| 1977-1981 |
Food Irradiation (lab): He enters the Chilean Nuclear Energy Commission (CCHEN).
Develops IAEA methods of chemical dosimetry. Designs and conducts research and
development (R&D) irradiation experiments on hake, to optimize
formulations with additives preservation using instrumental, chemical and organoleptic
tests. He develops spectrophotometric techniques for monitoring chemical dosimetry
on
pilot production of packaged irradiated fish, fishing with the industry collaboration. Publishes articles on technological applications of ionizing radiation to
redirect the action of CCHEN.
|
| . |
| 1981-1989 |
Lithium and PhD (laboratory): Designs and conducts experiments on isotope
separation of lithium in molten salt formulations with Electrochemical method
addressing corrosion problems. Studied ceramic materials for thermonuclear use
defining selection criteria to address R&D in Chile. Form working team
CCHEN-CORFO, through which in 1983 proposed policies to encourage research and
development in advanced technologies, promoting technological innovation. He is
co-director on Electrochemical corrosion in
molten salts Engineering Thesis of USACH and University of Chile. |
| |
Analyzes the generation of postgraduates situation, with an utilitarian
orientation to support industrial R&D in Chile, concluding on the urgency
of training them in Chilean universities targeting their publications in the domestic
market in order to create a scientific critical mass of industry professionals.
Investigates the thermodynamics of exchange processes and lithium isotope
separation by chemical exchange between aqueous solutions and ternary lithium
amalgam at room temperature in different formulations. He Obtains results and
publications, in which obtained the first degree of Doctor of Sciences funded by the CCHEN awarded by the University of Chile in 1992. |
| . |
| 1986-1990 |
Industrial Ceramics (laboratory management): Seeking to develop pilot projects
to transfer technology and knowledge management to the productive sector,
creates and manages a family business in the area of export ceramics, Ars-Urba
Ltd. Associated to ASEXMA
works with SERCOTEC
Committee on Ceramic. Acquire skills in
management, personnel management, strategic planning, business strategies,
exports, imports, international marketing, business writing, business
relationships through ProChile, missions abroad, overseeing sales, design of
production machines. Forms R&D labs into the craft business, with advice
from external consultants as a means of purchasing management in industrial
research. Demonstrates the ability to research and development leading to
innovation in these firms if you have the proper supervision and management
commitment. |
| . |
| 1990-1994 |
Advanced Ceramics (laboratory management): Looking for business development,
studying applications of ceramics in the biotech field, he designs and conducts
experiments on the production of material in different formulations as a carrier
of biocatalysts. Inventor of the first patent application for CCHEN, designs and
conducts testing of a pilot plant for ultrafiltration, using
support material produced and instrumentally characterized in the laboratory. He teaches and co
directs ultrafiltration memories 1 Degree in Chemistry (U. de Chile), 2 Execution
Engineering in Chemistry (USACH) and 1 Hydraulics Civil Engineering
(University of Chile). |
| . |
| 1995 |
PCCM® (Cajón del Maipo
Science Park® , management): Researches location
criteria and procedures used on the world to achieve local economic
development, and extrapolates conclusions drafting a proposed Technology Park
located at south-east of Santiago of Chile. The concept is finally approved by the Ministry
of Housing and Urban Development in the municipalities of Puente Alto and La
Pintana, enabling new agreement andalusia Plan Regulador. Install a Web site to
promote the association of industrial companies around the Chilean Cajón del
Maipo Science Park® , using the experience published abroad on
industrial clusters. Enter the domain and install the website http://www.pccm.cl
. |
| |
Pension: As the level of contact is beyond their responsibility as a researcher
for the CCHEN, and to continue the development of private initiative PCCM as
independent and free from vested interests, it dissociates itself from the
CCHEN, under a benefit pension through CUPRUM and initiates activities in the
commercial field.
|
| |
Recycling (management and sales): Assists in the recycling of printing supplies
to Juan
Stipo. Linked to Heatex Ltd. develops marketing and Environmental
Management Offices. In August 1997 participated in a business mission organized
by CORFO-INTEC, to attend the Environmental Fair in Gothenburg (Sweden). Using
the experience of visits to Swedish companies, related to treatment of
industrial waste liquids and solids, provides a strategy for technology
promotion and achieves the representation of a Swedish manufacturer of equipment for the
recycling of industrial solid. Write on
Induambiente, Intl Ed (2000).

| 2002 |
e-Learning. Seeking practical knowledge of e-Learning to study their applicability to the
job skills required for the human capital of PCCM, he works with the
consulting firm Answers&Solutions, which serves as
methodology and knowledge management consultant in
distance education. Design e-Learning
courses with contents of the Training Section of the General Treasury of the
Republic of Chile. |
| . |
| 2003-2005 |
Education of Technical
Entrepreneurship Capacity. Using international experience in industrial development gathered at the Cajón del
Maipo Science
Park, particularly in regard to Technological Industrialization, he promotes the development of
a Training Program in Industrial Clusters under the auspices of the Strategic
Development Corporation's Province of San Antonio. Simultaneously supported
Harnecker Study for
defining the constitution
of the Institute for Industrial Research and
Development, IIDI as a corporation
and mutual guarantees of investments (SGR) in research and industrial
development. This company will be responsible for the Training Program Clusters stock
resources for creating and strengthening business clusters. The program includes
several profiles Clusters business plans, which require technical
entrepreneurship capacity. For this purpose he designed Tecnoemprendedora Education
Program, which proposes the use of Tecnoeducas ® modular laboratories
in technology
education, led by teachers, sponsored by companies and distributed among
schools. In August 2003 establishing the family network Camino
al Sol, he knows devotees of Krishna and began the study of Bhagavad Gita and books of
Srila
Prabhupada.

| 2006-2008 |
Vedic
Oriented Activities. Creates
the Vaisnavas in America Network
and with the support of Gurudev Atulananda, founded the Indoamérica® Movement, intercultural
movement for research, education and development of the arts, technology-based, for the
transmission of transcendental messages of originary and Vedic sources. With
this framework
establishes the Conscious Art
Program of the Indoamérica Movement with government
sponsorship, which provides the philosophical foundation for the economic
development of the transcendent-PCCM model in American societies. To activate
the education with transcendent values Indoamérica Movement incorporates native
peoples throught the Indoamerica
Net. Using the experience gained with the role of
elder in the Camino al Sol, he explore interests of older adults through contacts
with the Union of Communal Aging (UCAM)
Las
Condes to implement a program of
Family meetings with the support of SENAMA
however he noted that the elderly
requires early intervention, before reaching senescence. See Ancianos.
Formalizes an
Internet-oriented service through which manages the sites PCCM, Indoamérica
and Rutas Orgánicas. The search for candidates
for the elderly as wise, as bastions of the culture of sweetness, undertaken in
the rural areas, with indigenous and non-indigenous farmers through Rutas Orgánicas. |
